Creedence Clearwater Revival is, of course, best known as a “singles band,” with megahits like “Proud Mary,” “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” and “Heard it Through the Grapevine. But they have some seriously tasty deep cuts if you’re willing to look, like this track. And what a ramble it is. For a band that made their name with tight, precise songs, this one really sees the band let loose and jam out in that dirty Louisiana — er, San Francisco — style that they’re known for.
